"Man To Monk", dance artist Mavin Khoo's latest piece, gets its world premiere in the Lilian Baylis Studio, at Sadler's Wells Theatre. Man to Monk is a four year project tracing the performative shift of dance artist Mavin Khoo. Partnered with a guest dancer for two new works created by commissioned choreographers, Khoo intends to challenge both Western and Eastern ideas about dance creation thourgh a 'lived experience' creative process. The choreographer for this piece is Carlos Pons Guerra, and the guest dancer is Victor Callens.
