VNM Musicals/ Graham & Townley Productions present “Blodlina – The Viking Musical”, created by Nathan Rees (book writer & co-lyricist), Marcus Wood (composer & co-lyricist) and Vicky Clubb (orchestrator, arranger, musical director), in the Pleasance Dome (King Dome), as part of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. The production is directed by Marcus Wood, set and design by Carlos Moral Reis, lighting design by Steven Owens, fight direction by Nathan Rees, and costumes by Mark Hunter & Ivana Rakić. The performers are: India Shaw-Smith (Magnhild), Kathryn Taylor-Gears (Ingrid), Ed Tunningley (King Ove/Jarl Omund),Cameron Carlson (Einar/Leif), Halldora Thoell (Mother Frigga/Freja/Priestess), Brianne Surgeoner (Gunilla), Marcus Wood (Thor/Gorm/Bass Guitar), Nathan Rees (Loki/Njal/Rhythm Guitar), Vicky Clubb (Piano/Keys/Musical Director), Liam Stephenson (Lead Guitar), Tom Chambers (Drums).
