London, UK. 04.11.2016. AN INSPECTOR CALLS, by J B Priestley, opens at the Playhouse Theatre. It is the 70th anniversary of the first UK staging of the play and the 25th anniversary of its first appearance at The National Theatre, directed by Stephen Daldry. Lighting design is again by Rick Fisher with set and costume design by Ian MacNeil.
